While I rationally understand that it’s only temporary and it’s necessary for a better future, I am still thoroughly heartbroken that my boyfriend will be gone for 10 weeks and that this chapter of my life is over.

Saw Dear John last night, expecting an epic love story like The Notebook. Not. Even. Close. It was written by the same author so it had a lot of the same elements (love letters, couple being apart for a long time, rich family) but it wasn’t good at all. the characters had no chemistry and the plot was seriously lacking. FAIL.
Heading to my cousin Nicole’s house for a visit. She has a cottage on the water in Manotick! Cousins really are your first and closest friends. I have many super cute pics of us, as early as 3 years old. Don’t have a scanner though. See ya!
